GMB lodged a formal Failure to Agree with Evri over the introduction of the small packets.

The company have agreed to further talks exploring the difficulties members and the GMB have made them aware of - in particular the size of the parcels coming through the network.

GMB SE+ members and 194’s covered by the 2024 pay deal, we have confirmed with the company that they will put on hold the rate introduction for the new product but still introduce the product in the background.

They have also agreed to bring the rate introduction to the JNNF in May to explore further. GMB warned the company that they risked GMB escalating the FTA if this was not resolved satisfactorily for all parties.
