GMB has responded to reports Ofwat is poised to refuse water company request for price hikes
Gary Carter, GMB National Officer, said:
“Consumers can’t be left to pay the price for water companies failures yet again. Shareholders need to cough up.
“This is exactly why we need tough regulation – to stop these unfair price hikes hitting people’s pockets."
