Fermanagh Lakeland Forum staff have been told that their jobs are at risk by Fermanagh & Omagh District Council.
The latest communication to staff contradicts earlier promises that the project would not lead to job losses.
GMB alongside other unions is urging FODC to make clear the situation and ensure every worker’s future is secure.
Peter Macklin, GMB Regional Organiser, said:
“No worker should lose their job in the Fermanagh Lakeland Forum redevelopment – that was what people were told just weeks ago.
“But now the council seems to have U-turned. These workers deserve clarity and they deserve job security.
“GMB will fight to ensure every worker’s future remains secure.”
