GMB has responded to the PRB remit letter, delivered by the Government today
Rachel Harrison, GMB National Secretary, said:
“GMB welcomes today’s PRB remit - the earliest it has been published in a decade.
“It’s a first step towards addressing delayed pay rounds of the past.
“We did not engage with the PRB process last year as we need to see reform of the process. Timing being one key issue.
“GMB is still balloting members on this years pay award. Once that process has concluded we will consult activists and members on whether we will engage this year.”
