Parachute workers have accepted a huge pay rise after scrooge bosses cancelled their Christmas party.
GMB Members in Welsh parachute factory IrivnGQ have accept a 10.2 per cent pay rise for the lowest paid staff.
All other staff will receive an above inflation pay rise.
Members have been taking industrial action for the last few weeks by way of an overtime ban, which has had a profound effect on productivity.
The company had cancelled the staff Christmas Party over the action, but GMB stepped in to foot the bill.
Nicola Savage, GMB Regional Officer, said:
"It's been a very difficult negotiation, but members have stood side by side taking industrial action - the first time in decades securing the third consecutive 10 per cent pay uplift for the lowest paid."
