"These made-up figures from a tanking Conservative campaign are laughable.
“And the motley crew of Tory donors, ex-MPs and union-busters that stands behind it smacks of desperation. It's literally the same people who tried to stop the Minimum Wage.
“Like Liz Truss’s economy-killing mini-budget, Rishi’s dodgy sums don’t add up.
"This Conservative Party pledged to end fire and rehire - and they've not delivered. Poverty sick pay rates spread illness and cost the economy millions.
"Working people will treat this nonsense with the contempt it deserves.”
