Sexual Harassment Policies

The GMB Rulebook states our aims: to promote equal opportunities within the union, the workplace and society in general, and end discrimination.

GMB believes that sexual harassment is unacceptable, undermines the dignity of an individual, is morally wrong, unlawful and has a detrimental impact on individuals, on the workplace and for the organisation as well as in society.

We will not tolerate sexual harassment and we will take appropriate action when we are alerted to reports of sexual harassment involving our employees or members.
