JOB DESCRIPTION  

GMB is a large trade union that organises across the UK and Ireland; we’re proud to represent over 500,000 members across the professional spectrum. 

We are currently seeking to fill a vacancy for a Facilities & Estates Manager based at our Regional Office in Hendon.

The successful post-holder will be responsible for overseeing the general upkeep, facilities maintenance, and security of the GMB London regional office and liaise with other GMB offices within the region.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be able to work on their own initiative to undertake duties in a professional and efficient manner
  • Have an understanding of Trade Unions as well as commitment to the wider Trade Union and Labour Movement.

This is a varied and interesting role.  A full clean driving licence is essential.  In return we offer an excellent salary and benefits package, including a final salary pension scheme.
