Stand with GMB Members at Amazon

"I don't want Jeff Bezos's boat, I definitely don't want his rocket - I just want to live". Mike, striking Amazon worker and GMB member.

Amazon is one of the richest companies on the planet, making huge profits off the backs of its workers.

Yet workers at the retail giant earn just pennies above the minimum wage and Amazon bosses in the UK have used every dirty trick in the book to block their workers unionising.

Despite this, Amazon receives millions from the public purse every year.

But Amazon workers are fighting back, with this month seeing Amazon workers take historic strike action on the weeks leading to Black Friday.

There has never been a more important time to stand with Amazon workers.

We’re asking MP’s and elected representatives from across the UK to add their voice to the campaign for union rights at Amazon.

  • Fair pay for workers across Amazon’s UK business
  • For Amazon to recognise GMB trade union and guarantee union rights for its staff
  • For public contracts to be inked to guarantees on worker pay, health and safety and their right to be represented by a formally recognised trade union.

Over 50 MPs have backed the campaign, with Keir Starmer calling on Amazon to recognise GMB union earlier this year.
